Here it is. Even though it has been done before (I think?), and so what?!? Time for a fresh opinion!
What mechs have you sold, regret selling and bought again? MC, CBill, real money (?), don't care! Will be rebuying on sale, even!
Mine are the CN9-D and a Timberwolf (never really got into them, but now I could). I re-bought my Centurion for scouting and fell back in love with the first mech I mastered.

when i started out and only had a few mech bays i sold some mechs that i didnt like so i could master ones that i did. i have since re-purchased all those mechs, mastered them, and sold them again. no mech has been purchased more than twice.

Only mech I rebought after selling was Jager-A, and that's only because I sold it before finished basicing it. I don't make bad sales.

Jeager S, the first mech I brought in the game, sold it due to wanting to try other mechs, brought it again and have a ball in it when I take it out.

Pre quirks I sold a couple stalkers because they seemed redundant. Ended up purchasing them back.

Cicadas, sold them early 2013 and got them back in Dec 2014.
Never sold a mech since then. They are stockpiling. After 230+ I now run out of mechbays so my pokemeching will come to an end.
Not seeing me spending more money on this.

Sold some HBKs back when I was starting out and didn't have many mechbays, but have since bought them back, because I actually liked them even back then.

I only sold 2 mechs in my 4+ years of playing
Atlas-K in 2012 and I don't regret it
STK-4N in 2014 which I bought back 3 months later.

I only sold one Mech ever, a Catapult K2. It was the reason why I stopped playing the first time I tried the game a couple years back and I swore to never buy a Catapult again. And I stick with that.
Now, I have roughly 130 Mechs and I don't plan selling even one of them. Who knows, what quirks will do to a Mech in 6 months?

Umm...
A lot of the IS mechs. See, I wanted a bit of Battletech/role play flavor, so I thought I would reduce my mechs to a single chassis of each weight class so as to at least pretend there was a limit to what a mechwarrior could pilot. Then the CW drop deck weight changed, and I was fuggered. That, plus the pokemech urge came back when the unseens were released. So I ended up buying back all of the mechs I sold (most of the IS lights, and about half the mediums, Catapults and Atlas were in there too...maybe 70 or so in total). The only mechs I did not buy back were the Wolverines, and I still have no desire to require them.
