I'd like to see rewards (XPs or CB) for every second an ECM mech provides ECM coverage to a teammate. Nothing major. Say 1 XP/second, or 1 CB/second, etc.

I'm with you on that. Some form of recognition for bubbling would be nice.

I'd probably structure it along the lines of...

If an allied 'mech is in range of an enemies sensors but protected by your ECM (undetected) you receive a "Bubble" bonus of 50xp. Limit the payout to once every 10seconds regardless of how may 'mechs you protect.
