Last time when people flipped out over a core mechanical change, PGI immediately cancelled the info warfare concept. Granted, overall it was not desirable, but that's mostly due to PGI's way of implementing it (giving completely arbitrary sensor ranges on mechs). We lost some ideas that could have worked well if refined (such as rewarding locking of enemy mechs), and who knows when PGI will revisit the concept again. (was this close to making ECM not to cockblock entire weapon systems, making first true step towards LRM rework)

So I am asking you guys to keep your feedbacks in the PTS constructive, and not irrationally reactive. Separate the good from the bad, and not lambast the entire thing. Just because an idea might not be best for the game, doesn't mean there are aspects of it we can retain.

What El Bandito said.

Or to put it another way: Critique each individual detail of Energy Draw. Don't just demand the whole damn thing be torn down.

Totally agree. Feedback works best without salt.
