Read it here. http://mwomercs.com/...51#entry5351251

Aside from the usual mech release (Cyclops), there are some QoL stuff, such as "favorite mech" selection, and multiple dropdecks on a mode that is already dead. The "connecting" time has been slightly reduced.

And 92 more decals.

Thoughts?

Looks good to me. I see nothing to complain about with this patch. Bunch of fixes. Mech release. Map scenery improvement. (Night Crimson looks like it'll be amazing)

More decals, ok. Paint scheme adaptions, good. Supply Cache rarity colors... ok?

Nothing to make faction play better.

Yes, I know, dropdecks. Who needs dropdecks when no one is dropping?

Faction play isn't dead, you just need to play at the right times. I'd say it's more "suffering feebly".

And:

- atlas animation glitch is still there (I know, I'm keeping my expectation low to match the recent patches' scope)

- MGs are still sh*t

- Viper quirks are still bound to full set.

Found some nice things that i really like.. SO enjoying the polish of the last 3 months!!

Does this mean they are cleaning up the invisible hitboxes? Like certain corners and such?
Cleaned up instances of misaligned geometry
Cleaned up instances of floating geometry (trees, rocks, etc)
Improved various LOD's
Tightened up collisions throughout the map
Slightly raised the ocean bottom (no more locust submarines Posted Image )

YAY!! i hope to see more of these
Forest Colony: Fixed an invisible wall
Forest Colony: Fixed an invisible wall

This should make a lot of people happy!
As part of this new Cart system we have also set the default currency in the Store to use C-Bills (when applicable), instead of the previous default of MC

WOOT!!!!
The Art team are continuing to work on Pattern retrofits for the remaining 'Mechs without full Pattern support. In this patch the Atlas, Awesome, Centurion, Commando, Dragon, and Hunchback 'Mechs are the latest to receive Faction Pattern retrofits.

Yay, I can almost buy my EXE-C arm for c-bills! Release Date for C-Bills: September 20th 2016

• Cicada CDA-3F: 3,095 MC
• Executioner EXE-C: 7,200 MC
• Nova NVA-D: 3,640 MC
• Wolverine WVR-7D: 3,170 MC
• Zeus ZEU-9S2: 4,515 MC

Another long time feature finally here!
'Mech variants can now be added to a Favorites filter within the Select 'Mech menu for easy filtering of your most-used 'Mechs. Once you've Favorited a 'Mech by clicking the Star icon in its portrait that 'Mech will appear in your Favorites filter within the Select 'Mech screen

No clue how people thought cashes were 1 in 8, but maybe people will understand them better
Items within a Supply Cache are now highlighted to indicate their Rarity type. Common Items have the highest chance of being received from a Supply Cache, while Ultra Rare Items will have the lowest chance of being received.

Items will have the same level of Rarity across all Caches they appear in. For example, a 7 Day Premium Time reward will always be Ultra Rare.
Release Date for C-Bills: September 20th 2016

I'm quite disappointed that the talked about infowar is not coming with the Cyclops, but I guess I knew it wouldn't as we haven't heard anything about it.Posted Image

Lots of nice QoL stuff.

I love that they finally fix that annoying bug that you cannot fire a chain-fired weapon group at a free pace while holding down another weapon group. It doesn't affect that many builds, but it really sucked for specific 'mechs.

I'm dismayed if they cannot get the "CONNECTING..." issue down to a few seconds. Make a damn hotfix when it's solved.

I'd call this a very good patch if the major gameplay improvements were right around the corner. When they don't have set dates, it's hard to appreciate the QoL stuff.
