There A Way To Cap Fps Currently?

My friend has a 100hz gsync monitor & his choices are to use nvidia vsync(not in game vsync) which will cap the FPS at 100 but unfortunately activate Vsync instead of gsync at 100 fps. So then he has to deal with the input lag or turn NCP vsync off & then he reaches over 100fps & has to deal with page ripping. A game fps cap would solve this issue. Any ideas? Thanks.

2.
Findings: Uh. Nope, just the user.cfg from what I can tell. Not sure when it stopped working but sorry man. Most he can do outside of v-sync is just max everything out.. even the unnecessary stuff like cockpit glass (especially that one... that one... wrecks most computers...)

sys_budget_fps = 101
sys_MaxFPS = 101
As seen, at the top of the user.cfg not under any of the other brackets. You'll get 60fps on the front-end screen because reasons, but in-game FPS will be capped at 101 with minus 1-4 FPS fluctuation outside of load but will never exceed the limit. You can use the Testing Grounds to confirm functionality.

No, those settings are not initially there - you must add the lines yourself exactly as they are shown to the very top of the file using Notepad and not under any of the other settings brackets.

Right click and select "Open with..." and pick 'Notepad'. If the "Open with..." option isnt there, just select "Open" and it will either open in document form automatically or prompt you to either "Search Online for a program" to open the file or "Browse Your Computer for a program" via a circle-mark selector - Pick "Browse Computer", hit "OK" and then select 'Notepad' from the program list presented.
