MASC is awesome. 340XL 4xLL and 1ML + as many DHS as I can cram into it with ES. Works Great!

And for those complaining about top speed... this thing hits 98+KPH with masc engaged but its more about the turn rate and acceleration deceleration bonuses. Poking against projectile armed enemies is oh so much fun!

Mine is 2 torso mounted Lpls, with 3 arms mounted mpls and 1 uac5.

It's fun to play but my warhammer is a beast for the same tonnage...

So I started with the loyalty hell bringer as my first clan mech, I really like it.
I bought the hb prime as a second with thought to eventually get three to master it. Any recomindations in getting the a vs B variant for number 3? I will be running ecm torsos on all so....

…so it doesn’t make any difference. You just answered your question, almost. ;)
I got the B (being in a similar situation), but I don’t know why any more.

I just went with the least expensive two variants- unless there's a specific CT you can't live without, that's the most efficient way to master omnis. Lower initial cost equals fewer cbills lost when you're going to be throwing out most of the stock equipment and pods anyway, especially if the chassis itself is just a blank to fill with a loadout you can grind all three variants with, then sell afterwards.

Oh, another thought:
Clans are getting 8/8 quirks, wave by wave.
When it's the HBR's turn, it will probably get quirked for some of the less popular weapons found on it's stock builds.
Maybe something like LRM, NARC or MG for the A variant, and LBX for the B.
