Sorry if this has been answered before and/or if this is a noob question. Can someone explain the difference between ECM and Radar Deprivation? Do they stack? Are they a waste together? I am just trying to figure things out. Thank you...

They do stack, in that you get the effects of both.
ECM = enemy doesn't get a target lock (dorito) on you at all, unless they have some type of counter-ECM equipment (BAP, TAG, ECM running in Counter Mode)
Radar Deprivation = Enemy loses your dorito the second you break line of sight, as opposed to a few seconds after losing LOS.
IMO not worth it to take Radar Deprivation if you have ECM. Most of the time the enemy didn't have your dorito visible anyway due to your ECM, so Radar Deprivation won't make any difference. There are lots of good modules out there, so in this case I'd get something else.

Ferrro Fibrous is a light wheight armour type. it trades whieght fir crit space.

LRMS or Long range Missiles are an ammo type for Missile launchers and are most often used with Long range missile Launchers. Imagine a shapedcharge with some electronics. the whole thing is made out of an explosive metal compounds and designed to pierce armour.

Ehhh, kinda. It depends on what you're doing. If you're running around in a Medium, Heavy, or Assault 'mech, you're almost certainly not going to be able to spare the module slot for Radar Deprivation. Lights, however, should seriously consider doing so if they encounter streak boats and/or LRMS with any regularity. Breaking target lock more quickly while I'm close to an enemy streak boat or getting rained by LRMs is useful - but of course it depends on whether you have the module slots available.

I run both on a few lights if I have the extra module space. Plus the little "chirp" when being targeted is always helpful.
