To PGI,

Due to a player conflict that is unmitigatable on ATTILAS HUNS behalf, we request a reschedule of our match versus DSA RANGERS.

Our Captain, KHAN ATTAKHAN is currently sans internet connection and has authorized me to negotiate on our behalf. Another of our members has an emergent business engagement that cannot be avoided. As a result, we are unable to field 8 men on schedule the 19th of August.

I have just spoken with Mr Pataks (Captain of the DSA Rangers) on their teamspeak and he has verbally agreed to a reschedule of our match.

Original match: ATTILAS HUNS VS DSA RANGERS, Friday,19th of August, 1030 AM UTC.

As rescheduled: ATTILAS HUNS VS DSA RANGERS, Saturday, 20th August, 1130 AM UTC (or as practible after both team's official matches scheduled that same day).

I have PM'd Mr Pataks with the details of this thread.

Looks like DSA has a late breaking concern that obviates my previous post. We are still discussing this. Regret the confusion.

We are available to play our match later than the scheduled 1030 UTC but not later than 1200 on the scheduled Friday. Regrettably Saturday/Sunday is out for us this week.

The latest possible date for the reschedule is the 31st of August. If that information helps.

Thanks for the clarification - that gives us additional options. Right now it appears we may be able to support a reschedule on the 18th itself. We can't make the 1030 match as scheduled but should be able to work out a time between 1100 and 1200 in line with Mr Pataks response above.

Have you managed to get hold of Pataks?

Based on discussion from last night those times should be ok.

Do you want to lock in a time, or just when you get your guys together pop into our TS and get the match rolling from there?

Ultimately if you can't make it tonight I don't think we'd have an issue with a match next week. It was having to do it by this Sunday (Or so we thought) that was throwing us as couple guys can't make this Sat/Sun.

Let me know if you can't confirm with Pataks and I'll PM him on our forum.

Hey AltF4,

Based on our conversation last night I sent a PM to Cassandra. I'm thinking our best option for tonight is to get online and see if we can make it work between 1100 - 1200 UTC.

I've got PM's out to the guys on our team and am waiting on responses.

Now that PGI has indicated that we have until the 31st we've got time to work this out. I'm hopeful we'll get this done tonight, but we definitely don't want to get cornered into a forfeit through lack of trying.

If you can let Cassandra and Mr Pataks know I'd be grateful.

one more thing... you can get a ref if one is online and willing even if it is a reschedule. For that you would have to check the NGNG TS. If one is in the "Ref Room - Pop in here to ask questions" you can just ask if he/she is willing

Clarification: PGI extention of match reschedule times that is what I am mentioning Just needed to note that because my response is, even if I am a volunteer moderator, basically not a PGI response.

Second clarification: the post says 30th but it is actually the last day of the month.

Thanks for the clarification. This kind of fell apart on both sides last night. We are looking for a reschedule this upcoming week that we can both commit to. I'm confident we'll come up with something.

I think the best course of action it to aim for Thursday 25th around the standard 10:30am UTC, if neither team gets it together we can try on the 26th but those are the best two days for us. We are unlikely to field a team on the 28th/29th (Sat/Sun)

Last resort - Might be able to do a Tuesday night match but it will be very short notice for my team.

Your scheduled match for Thursday starts 1030, ours at 1100. How about we go right after our match with ARMD? Call it 1115 - 1120?

We're of the opinion that Thursday would be the best for both of us.

Well bargained and done. Before or after ARMD is fine

(however should things fall apart at the last minute - as they so often do we have until the 31st so perhaps next monday/tuesday as final resort)
