For the one millionth time, GPU does not matter in MWO. Take your SLI home, it does nothing.

If you have fps issues, it's has to be CPU. 5820k doesn't have exactly stellar single core performance so it does not come as a surprise. The reset of it's 5 cores you can take home, too.

How can you not understand that if your GPU is stuck at 50% there's an obvious bottleneck in your system somewhere while the GPU is waiting to process new data.

There is nothing wrong with your GPU.
