Title Says it all, with not much more health than a ACH but so much bigger,
the Viper needs some structure Quirks, the way it plays its almost made of Glass,
and the way the Quirks are set up, Punished it for being an OmniMech,

yes you can pull good numbers in it sometimes, not always,
but only if your ignored, and because its so weak its usually targeted as an easy Kill,

I agree +18 structure on the legs, how do you expect this cicada with a uber-jetpack to launch a successful moon mission without a few failures?

As explained a month ago... the damage from landing is the same percentage every time, having more internal structure would increase the points of damage applied to the legs, and the net result works out the same. The same number of bad landings scraps the legs. If you add +10 structure to each leg, it'll just increase the damage done on each crash by a couple points.
