Greetings, I've noticed the cyclops; Slepnir can't raise its gauss hardpoints with machine guns? Please quickfix it! This is an outrage! (lol)


Bug Location The bug is in regards to the newly released Cyclops
Reproduction Rate 100% not a graphical issue, is actually coded to behave in this manor. In the Mech lab.
Bug Evidence Not required, a quick moment in the mech-lab shows it in clear day. Thank you for your time, also i would like to point out just in case this was intended the Kodiak 3's hard points are much higher and not subject to the same rule. It would be outrageous if the cyclops was not intended to have the same.

Do you have a problem with the gauss nipples of doom?

Well, its important that balance and rounded fairness be constituted, i want the gauss rifles higher then they are and there is no logical reason why they can't be. It is ridiculous and un-justified that the mech cant run gauss in the top two hardpoints. Assuming its not a bug~~~~ It would have to be a bug in need of fixing!

I actually don't mind it since when the enemy light tries to face hug my sleipnir... he gets an LBX blast right to his face.

Same for the CP-11-A.

At least it save some slots and weight, and in this sentence the real issue is visible: Why are MGs (or small lasers for other mechs) needed to raise Gauss (or large lasers for other mechs)? Why can't I simply place the weapons where I want them? Or at least starting at the topmost hardpoint?

Works on the kdk-3 without any issues.

Gauss Rifles also explode too easily for torso mounted weapons. Feels very fake.

Still not fixed my guess is hard-point allocation is in the works or almost ready to be released? Because this is still very frustrating as an IS loyalist. Its like HOW THE?!?!? can the Kodiak get away with it but the cyclops can't. And the CP-S torso mounts aren't even level or higher then the KDK-3.

Free the cyclops hard-point handi-cap.

PGI should just allow us to fix weapons to each hard point independently and not grouped per torso region. you shouldnt have to put in MGs or small lasers to raise desired weapons to higher hard points. Just fix that PGI (if you can...)

Oh sorry, forgot you had a roundtable to discuss these types of things. Oh wait..3 hours of the same suggestions and no idea still how to improve the "buckets". Instead of aesthetics, remake the damm map so there's no population spread..oh wait..lore..not lore?..lore?

This game...has become one big gimmick, the next big thing, I wonder sometimes if they are intentionally trying to drive players away..as it seems with every new weekend event..dur..dur..dur.. I watched a netflix show..time for more lrm challanges!! oh and next month we'll make a new map..I mean we will ruin an old map..and call it progress!! oh and where are the Mwota online derp derp mode challenges!!?
