This kind of stuff I was expecting CW/FP to cover.

I will tell you what. I have been getting legit worried lately about the direction of the game for a maybe good reason.

So much textures and time have been put into bobbleheads and warhorns I worry that other real areas of the game that are missing may never be added.

This game has such a limited focus it isn't easy to look at to hard.

Even if they get faction play right, there is other areas that need to be added or none of it will be epic. From this players point of view anyway, making a lot of guesses.

An extended road map or goals or something would help put the situation to rest one way or another.... a bit heavy reply but there it is...

Much truth in that statement. But, then again, what happens here isn't an anomaly in terms of trolling and general d-bag type behavior or attitude. Just about any gaming forum you may visit has some degree of the same type of people. It's rather disapointing but just something one has to accept should they wish to take part.

The deepest lore in-game is the faction descriptions in the FW section. Mechwarrior 2 Mercenaries from 1996 (20 years ago) feels way more like you're in the Battletech Universe, despite the dated graphics.

why would anyone want to emulate this abomination. this forum is crap. how many times have i wrote a well though out post just for the forum to secretly log me out while im typing it, then eat the damn thing when i try to post it. oh it will keep you logged in for days, but the second you try to post something you get logged out, and it will do it 2 or 3 times a day. even their forum software is minimally viable.

Whenever I am write a thread that has more than 20 lines, I always type it in the Notepad first, then copy paste it here.

i just open a new tab, go to the forum and make sure im logged in. i also copy the thing to the clipboard just in case. thing is you shouldnt have to. forum should either prompt you for your login info before eating your post, or inform you that you've been logged out. been posting on forums since the mid 90s, these problems are exclusive to this forum it seems.

Could be, but these forums have way better functionality than others', especially when compared to Blizzard's.

Not really...not anymore...the reddits are up in arms over power draw. The consensus is it is worse than ghost heat by a country mile.
