Doesn't seem like the PTS3 changes was a further revision from PTS2. A lot of weapons have gone to their TT values (C-ERPPC, LL/ERLL, LPL, C-ERLL, C-LPL being 1 damage higher) and ACs have gone back to 1:1 draw values again. This looks to me like they're planning on rebalancing weapons completely from scratch, which would make sense since most things now are balanced around ghost heat. I just hope my suspicions are correct...

I am hoping so as well, maybe next they will do what I have said a few times (and I was calling for going towards TT values for weapons earlier) is that they lower the heat capacity to a locked 30 instead of an open ended scale starting at 50 and then balance from there.
