Seems pretty straight forward to me.
Jester does it better though...and faster....with a jump jet.

2ERPPCs + Gauss. Just a nasty hill-humping sniper. Convergence isn't as tight as on the Ebon Jag or Warhammer, but it is nice to be able to shoot stuff high and low. Oh, and better peep velocity than the Ebon and no insta death from Gauss blowout in an XL ST like the Warhammer.

2UAC5, 6ML, XL295. What I realised with the Firebrand is, if you're not using all the hardpoints, you're wasting the mech's potential.

I've run a similar, but with the LPL in the Arms and a STD 300 engine (i think). It's fun when people try to XL check you, and you still have a decent counterpunch. The LPL in the arms regardless lets you poke for a decent amount and have better vertical fire arc.
I've also run my FB with 2 ERPPC and a Gauss rifle. It runs Gauss very well because it's in the arm and if it blows it won't take your XL with it.
