Title: Jump Jet - Loss Of Gravity Physics on Ledges
Description: While jump jetting on a Shadow Cat, possibly other mechs, if your jump jets run out near a ledge your mech will continue to ascend out of control until you can tap them again. This results in major over shooting of ledges and exposing yourself to enemy fire for several second until you can regain control of your mech.
Location: Any Map
Reproduction Rate: 15%
Steps to Reproduce: Jump up to a ledge and have the jump jets run out as you pass over the apex of the ledge. If triggered you will continue to ascend as if their were no gravity physics until you can trigger the jump jets again.

It isn't just client side. Clanmate's saw it happen from their end as well..

I'm saying that due to jitter that's how the server interpreted your movement.
And if the server see's it so do the other client's.

I had similar experiences and it was liked to bad jitter with my old ISP.
When I changed ISP's my ping increased slighty but my jitter was low , 1ms
After which my gaming experience improved greatly

Moon Jumps included

It also isn't my connection. Consistent 0% packet loss and 1 ms jitter.

This bug is more than 1 year old. Here were several posts about it.
This is a shame for PGI that it has not fixed for so long!

BTW,
have the jump jets run out
- this is not required.
