Guys trying to log into Public Test.
putting in email account and password ... system says invalid email and/or Password
pilotname charliedelta76... Please help!

Your account is probably too new to be available for the PTS.

The PTS account is a snapshot of your account taken quite awhile ago. In this case, it comes before the Viper release, I believe, which was before you joined. Thus, you probably don't have an active PTS account yet.

No PTS account snapshot means you can't get in, yes.
