Hi PGI,

I want to start by saying I'm happy you have a new lounge; I hope those couches double as beds because I don't intend on funding you any more until you fix this game. Therefore, you might not be able to pay your mortgages and need a place to sleep.

Since this patch 1.4.81, my unit has been trying to join Faction Play for THREE hours with ZERO games and CONSTANT CRASHING. I'm annoyed you decided to buy a new lounge and didn't spend that money to fix this game, or balance it, or listen to the community.

You've made a poor choice and I suspect you don't understand that you offer a service which you are failing to provide. Good luck with this business model. I hope your families appreciate the new lounge when you have to explain to them that you can't afford college for your children and need to sell your house and get rid of your new puppy.

Just to be perfectly clear, I won't be giving you any more money. Thank you for wasting my time,
