I'm rather tired of going to block a player for whatever reason.
Only to discover this annoying **** is already blocked, yet I am hearing this persons abuse, because the block feature doesn't work properly.
As its an official way of dealing with abusive players. please make it work P.G.I

because when a player is being abusive or off on their own not doing anything helpful, 9/10 they are already blocked
