Please update the Yen-Lo-Wang to the YLW2 model.
It comes with 3ML (2 CT, 1 LA) and 1 Gauss Rifle (RA).
It's not a massive change (just one more energy), but it would really improve the YLW in my most humble opinion.
Thanks!

actually, it was 3 Medium Pulse Lasers, and it's 2 in the Left arm, only 1 in the CT. Plus "free" claws and TSM.
Edit, also while I would not object to the inclusion, the YLW is already one of the best Heroes, and a phenomenal weapon in the right hands. Moving lasers to the LA will remove the targeting simplicity and complicate using the LA for a shield. Mastering using that shield arm, and the YLWs insta-twist rate, is what makes it work. Well, that and the 100 kph speed.

You are wrong.
The Yen-Lo-Wang 2 has 4x Medium Pulse Laser.
2x in the left arm, one in the CT and another in the back.
And it has not the claw or the hatched. This was removed. TSM and a 200 XL where added.

You Might want to re-read the book.

I know the book.
The strange thing is that sarna says first 4x M-Puls Lasers and later 3x Puls Lasers.
But the claw / hatched was removed. It was never mentioned after the refit.

except in the action scene where he raked them through the clan mechs belly then filled it with pulse laser fire.
And like any Wiki, sarna is not canon, so errors ain't uncommon.

anyhow, all the official texts on it's armament
YLW1
Noton pointed at the Centurion's right arm. "I see you've added some armor to the right arm, but it looks like you stripped it from the left. You've got to realize that the LRMs the Centurion packs in its left breast are not going to be much use here in the Factory."
Justin's thumb stabbed down on the fire button. The Pontiac Autocannon/20 for which he'd sacrificed his LRMs and installed in place of the Luxor, spat out a cloud of projectiles. Like metal locusts, they stripped the Griffin's forward armor. Metal and ceramic chaff rained down around the Griffin's legs as the Centurion's medium laser skewered it. A wave of amber heat washed out of the middle of Armstrong's machine as the laser melted some of the engine's shielding. The 'Mech shuddered, too, which Justin hoped was an indication that the gyro had also been damaged.
Noton turned and looked hard at Justin. "Just remember this, my friend. Yen-lo-wang is really only packing one weapon. I don't count the lasers or that modification to the Centurion's left hand. If your autocannon goes out, you're in trouble. And Wolfson's not going to let you punch out."
He raised his 'Mech's left arm and smiled at the titanium-sheathed blades attached to the last three fingers on the 'Mech's hand. He'd had them added to Yen-lo-wang in honor of Tsen Shang. The jutting, triangular shards of metal looked fearsome and could slice into another 'Mech's armor, but Justin tended to agreed with Noton's assessment of the weapons. If I get in close enough to have to use these blades, it will be a very desperate fight, indeed.
The bole of a tree exploded on Justin's left as the Rifleman's left autocannon launched its cargo of metal. Justin's phantom left hand dropped the rear laser's crosshair on target and loosed a bolt of ruby fire at his tormentor. It sliced armor from the Rifleman's torso, which made Wolfson bring his 'Mech up short.

Clovis grinned. "All right, kid, you've spotted the two lasers on the left arm. Those are Spitfire pulse lasers. We moved the one in the center of the Centurion to the arm, added another, and packed three heat sinks into that assembly to bleed off their added heat."
"Do I still have the laser that covers my back?"
"Still there, though it's also been upgraded to a Spitfire." Clovis pointed at the Centurion's right arm. "We swapped out the Pontiac 100 autocannon and replaced it with a Von Ryan Rail Gun. The ammo is stored in the right side of the 'Mech's chest and the feed mechanism is all magnetic. If you lose power to the feed system and you want to lean heavily to the side, you can probably use gravity feed to pump a round into the chamber, but that's not one hundred percent."
The dwarf clapped his hands together in a clash of metal. "The real prize is inside. We stripped the old engine out and put in an extra-light Miata 200. It'll kick out the same amount of energy you're used to, but it's lighter. We needed that weight savings because your 'Mech's been fitted with experimental myomer fibers. They are much stronger than normal—roughly triple-strength—but have some unusual properties."
Even as Victor dropped his sights on the lead Clanner and tightened down on all his triggers, he saw a flash of mottled green atop the fang. Coming faster than Victor had ever seen any 'Mech run (the hyperbole, lol), a battle-scarred Centurion burst into the fray. Without slowing at all, it thrust its right-arm Gauss rifle at a Clan 'Mech. In an electrical flash, a silver ball coursed from the muzzle, hitting dead-on target.
The subsequent explosion of their comrade's 'Mech made landing difficult for the other two Clansmen. One flew through the fireball and touched down, but by that time the Centurion had leaped down from the fang and sprinted toward the landing site. Coming in low and fast, Yen-lo-wang held the fingers of its left hand hooked like claws. In a passing strike, it raked its fingers across the Clan 'Mech's belly, then filled the wound with laserfire from the forearm-mounted pulse lasers.
***************************************************************************
So we know YLW2 had 1 rear facing CT Pulse laser, but the forward one was moved to the LA. 200xl, TSM and a GAuss, plus 3 additional SHS. I will admit "evidence" of the claws are flimsy at best (though realyl only makes sense if it had claws the way it is described, fact is, it don't implicitly state claws).
Though not as flimsy as Sarna's claim that YLW1 ever mounted a "proper hatchet" in place of claws (the DA version did, though)
So yeah, there it is.
An MWO YLW2 would be 1 Gauss (RA), 2 MPL (LA), 1 MPL (CT formerly rear), 200xl, SHS. And like YLW1 the claws, if present, would get turned into something else because no melee anyhow. Appears that it mounts 9.5 tons of armor.
Fair enough summation?
