One of the advantages to running a laptop is that the darn thing is portable. This is great for me. Yesterday I found myself in Northwest Arkansas, and had intended to go caving at a couple of tourist attractions. I am sparing you any pictures of my caving because I don't think anyone here wants to see my postier sliding down a rope.

I was thinking about a McDonalds breakfast, sausage, pancakes, and lots of surup. It was about seven in the morning when I heard a deep rumble and everything started shaking. I thought "What the hell is this! I'm not in California". One lady started screaming that the devil was coming to get her. Just great. I refrained from telling her. "I hate to tell you this, but he was after the guy across the street and just sucked him down through the sidewalk. He said that he will be back for you next week."

Another lady asked me if that was an earthquake. I told her yes.

It was a 5.8 that had hit over in Oklahoma. Needless to say, they closed the local caving sites for safety. So here I am, Sunday, on the comp, with nothing to do but take out my frustration on you guys here on Mechwarrior. I've loaded up on LRM's for the occasion. Sorry if I use your Mechs as target practice. Posted Image At least I can enjoy the new challenge.

There are several public internet sites available. Several cities offer free internet, coffee shops, McDonalds, etc.
