Choose 4 mechs for a drop deck, you start with one of those at random.

This could be a toggle for QP, if toggled on you would forfeit voting on maps and get the random mechs.

If toggled off you would play QP normally.

Just a thought I had and one I would enjoy

I don't understand why this would be appealing, but I may not fully understand the premise you are trying to convey.

I would like to make gameplay a bit more random

Why would this not appeal to you?

What does this bring to the table?

How is this mode going to be fun or different from what we have now? Aside from not knowing which map OR which mech you will drop in.

Sounds like a bad time to me and is in no way appealing.

Because different people like different things? I used to play a lot of Mortal Kombat 1-3, and even though I could use every charcter proficiently I never used the random select feature, especially when I really wanted to beat someone. I don't think this would be a very popular feature.

I hope drop decks never come to QP. That is a feature of FP that makes it unique and should stay there IMO. QP should stay more casual accessable and become a training land for FP.

It is not a new mode exactly, this would be in addition to game modes.

It would let players play with a bit more randomness, you never know what mech you will get.

Well this is not a drop deck for QP you would not get to choose which mech to play and you still only get 1 mech for the match and it is toggled on or off by the player, it is not required.

Would still be casual

And QP is not a training ground for FP, if you want to get good in FP you have to play FP.

i would only support this idea if the random mech mode is optional.
i wouldn't like to be forced into this.

besides you could just put 4 of the same mech on drop deck too. now that we have multiple drop deck

I choose the mechs I do because those are the ones I'm leveling at the time. I play that one variant until I get my x2 daily bonus, and then switch to the next.

So obviously, I'm not in favor of this idea. At all.

Why do you need a work around? just toggle it off.

It is meant to add a random element to the game for players who want it.
