I have the masakari collection + man-o-war collection purchased, yet my eligibility status says I'm not qualified for the top-tier clan award. What's up with that?

Well, I have bought both the Cyclops and the Bushwacker, both of which went on sale during this window and I'm missing the IS top tier reward so far.

The page indicating eligibility only updates, ONCE a day, 10am PST.

Did you buy Standard packs, or Collector's packs? If you bought standard packs, then you don't qualify.

Collector's. Checked the dates, checked the eligibility, and I should qualify...but I don't.
