Is there an "offical" MechCon hotel near the Commodore Ballroom? I plan to arrive on Thursday and tour Vancouver Friday, and would like to have a meet-and-greet Friday night.

I dunno, but if so, pass it on, I will be there as well, and would love to meet some folks in a more casual atmosphere.

VLog discussing MechCon. They will be blocking out hotel rooms, but no news on which hotels yet.

yeah, I thought they were going to set up like a headquarters hotel or something......I would like some kind of info soon as I need to book a hotel to pass out in after....
