Just bought a kodiak for ~15mil cbills and for selling I'd get 3mil back....

This doesn't seem right at all seeing as a 17mil EXE will get me 6mil back.

Also consider that for a stormcrow, I would get 3.6 mil back from 11mil.

This is all for empty chassis, no additional engines or weapons.

Kodiak isn't an omni-mech. You can take an engine out.

What PhoenixFire55 said... a stripped BATTLEmech is nothing but the skeleton while a "stripped" OMNImech still has all the locked equipment (most noticeably the engine). A Kodiak is a battlemech, the others you mention are omnis.

You have your answer but why are you selling a KDK? Just scrapping non-3s once basiced?

Correct. Even though I have my answer, it's still pitiful that I'm getting 3mil back only. I wish I could buy battlemechs without engines.

Never sell mechs, you'll regret it later. This is coming from someone who bought and sold a Catapult A1 and K2 4 different times before finally keeping them a month before the rescale was announced.

Also, why sell Kodiaks? They're all good in their own way.

Every Kodiak except for the 3 and the SB are under performing, sometimes by large margins.

No, what you're really saying is that they aren't grossly over powered like the SB and 3.
