There is one inner sphere mech i would love to see as a clan mech and that is the archer 5w with the 9 missile hard points. No other mech i have seen to date clan or otherwise even has that many hardpoints. While i know many people prefer the lrm launchers, i dont. I go for the splat builds and i have a 5W with a Alpha of 104. Mind you i cant do that more than once without cooling off or using a coolshot(gets expensive) even with double heatsinks.

Okay, I'm getting of tired having to drink every time one of these is made. This time, YOU get to drink it!

Lol, so you just like the hardpoints, you don't rally like the mech.
In any case, if we are talking about variants here (not mech as your title sugggested), I definitely would love to get the EBJ-X with ECM. (or the Samantha hero mech, though I think my single UAC-20 + 7 small pulse is better than the hero's build)

Soon you will get the Huntsman with 8 missile hardpoints. 50 tons, but Clan SRMs are twice as light as that of IS's so no problem.

I know what it is. I watched the show. But most people aren't supposed to care enough to point out what it is. Stop trying to ruin the joke.

Another gimme more mechs thread.
It isn't that every time one of these is posted you have to take a drink. Its that every time one of these is posted new maps, and anything else that requires effort on PGI's part gets further and further away.
Sigh.

Why would it take away from PGI's effort to make new contents? PGI is already dedicating to releasing a new cash gra... err... mech every 2 months. We are merely proposing the lineup, not for PGI to make 2 new mechs every 2 months.
(besides, the OP is obviously asking for variants, which is by far, a far simpler implementation than new mechs)

Actually, I have no idea why it would. But the last year sure seems to suggest that it does!
When was the last new map? How many new maps in the last year...or even since the "mech a month" model started? One? Two? What else is new?
Maybe all the $ raised from mech packs went into the long tom and its four nerfs or maybe energy draw? I suspect however, that that $ is just going toward more mech packs. Hey maybe some was diverted to the new assault mode. I wonder how that is coming? Oh I forgot, it isn't coming...but I bet more mechs will be!
Woo hoo.
