Which has better yield of Rep/Loyalty Points?

I would imagine invasion would give you loads more

Although you get much less LP per match in scouting mode, it also takes a lot less time to complete one. LP/time yield is probably very similar in the end. Scouting might even give better LP over time since sometimes you can end scouting matches very quickly.
