Disclaimer: This is not accusing anyone specifically or jumping to conclusions, don't get your keyboards in a twist.

I've encountered a problem piloting the Mist Lynx, or perhaps a specific player, where my rear CT keeps getting cored out from the front multiple times. It's the same guy in a dual ERPPC (name 'X' clan mech). He claims the the rear CT of the Mist Lynx can be shot from the front near the pelvis area, but I'm not convinced that there's a large, relatively easy-to-hit spot there that on multiple occasions he was able to exploit despite my jumpjetting and running around. It's really irritating because despite my best measures, I unavoidably get hit in the weakest critical area with no help from the frontal hitbox that was supposed to register that in the front CT.

Any explanation for this? I have never encountered rear CT hitbox problems on the MLX until now.

There's a bad hit-box, IIRC. Same thing happens to me, too. I can't remember if it's on the top or on the crotch, though.

Sounds like a feature.

Hitbox. There's a part of the crotch that counts as rear.. great feature.

Knew it, it's probably the kilt-like pieces that are messing it up. They honestly shouldn't count as a hitbox since they are hardly attached anyway.
