Straight to the point.
ECM
1. ECM must affect only mech carrying it.
2. It must be light-mech exclusive. (100 tons "invisible" Atlas is ridiculous)
3. If someone takes ECM-mech as a target (within 200m, as usuall), It must allow missile lock, but with double time to do it, and half time to loose lock on.
With this, ECM will be a "stealth module" for light mechs, instead of a "Win module". Team with ECM beats team without it. Mech with ECM beats mech without it. Honestly, I forgot, then I last time saw an Atlas or Raven without ECM. It must be changed.
SRM
1. Damage drop 2.5 -> 2.4
2. Splash damage must affect mech, that fired SRMs, if he is too close to target.
SSRM
1. Damage drop 2.5 -> 2.0
2. Lower SSRM accuracy to ~50%, they should correct their flight, but limited. Artemis must increase their accuracy to ~70%.
3. Return to game SSRM4 and SSRM6.
4. Lower SSRM flight speed.
With this pilots will have to decide - what is more suitable for them? Aiming, AMS affected and less powerfull SSRM or SRM, with great damage, but no aim.
Hardpoints
1. Each hardpoint must have it's size, limited by number of slots, that can be installed in it.
This system approved itself in MechWarrior 4. Now we have something like "Bigger mech - bigger weapons, any weapons." It's wrong. For example, in MW4 2xMRM40 or 4xLRM20 was Catapult exclusive weapon, because It have the biggest missile launchers of all mech (same to 2xHeavy Gauss Rifles for Fafnir). On the other hand, light mechs can't carry big weapons (physically), like PPC, Gauss rifles, AC10+, LRM15+ and other. One PPC cannon is almost big as a light mech itself!

Third answer has to be "Abstain"
