New switch: TUrning it on costs between 1-5 mill. Sacrifices all the free critical slots in your CT and head that aren't the engine, and 10 tons.

What it does: Lets you use the eject button even in quick play, and when you eject, you pop out in an ultralight or an elemental or such instead of ejection seating away.

Bonus points if you can also customize your battle armor/protomech/elemental/ultralight/whatever it is that pops out's loadout.
