It says :
Eligible Collections (any tier, or any a la carte 'Mech when applicable): Wave 1; Wave 2; Wave 3; Origins IIC; Kodiak; Viper; Night Gyr; Huntsman; Linebacker; Marauder IIC.
So from what i understand i must have every chassis from any of these mechs above to qualify (bought with either mc or c-bills)? Or i'm misunderstanding wrong.

one 80$ Pack Origins IIC will do or two collectors packs (40$ each) from the single mech packs.
Not sure how this works with the old clan wave packs.

No, you need to buy them from the store with real money, not with any of the in game currency. Means that you need to buy a pack worth of $ 70 minimum.

The "4th" reward is the fourth listed, but the first "Clan" reward. Basically spent 20 dollars (30 if a "Wave") and you will qualify for that reward. (Won't be updated until 1 PM EST or 10 am PST).
The Clan top tier is the second reward, requiring you to get "Collector level" in two single mech packs, or complete one big pack. The overall cost is 80, or just 60 more than the first Clan-side reward if you make the two work together.
I didn't get around to saying it in the past but... welcome to MWO. I'm about to jump onto MWO if you and Spangle would be interested in joining me or we can set up a time later. I find the game is a lot more fun with people to talk to.

And really, the one I really want is a reinforcement one, the one with ECM (the CP-II-P).
Normally I would not spend money like this.
But this is the way I break it down. A month of Banked PT is $12.00. The $40.00 pack gives you two months of PT (which is the best way to have it) So that is $24.00 of PT. I get a +30 C-Bill version of the CP-II-A (the (S) which you cannot sell)
So for $45.00 I get 6 Mechs and I will keep 3 of them at the most. So I will get the C-Bills selling at least 3 of them plus I'll have 3 extra Mech bays. And $24.00 of PT. I do not have a problem selling Mechs. It would be like having 5 tractors but I really only will use one and maybe have one as a backup.
There were maybe two sells I wish I had back but otherwise, it makes sense to me. I bought a number at 50% off, so when I master the one I want, I will sell at least one of the others.
AND, and this is one big thing I get the Special Stalker that you will never be able to get in any other way. And over time the PT will allow me to buy two more Stalkers for C-Bills and I already have the extra Mech Bays.

So you need any of;
2x Collector's Packs (Urbanmech, Marauder, Warhammer, Riifleman, Archer, Phoenix Hawk, Cyclops, Bushwacker)
Resistance I Wrath Pack / Resistance II Mauler Pack
[Edit] Unless you mean the Phoenix Hawk and not one of the limited time Phoenix Packages (Thunderbolt etc) [/Edit]
