After consulting the team leads involved with the 3 way tie in the NA standings, we have concluded the following will happen:

1) A 3-way round robin using all current match rules (map/mode) will be used as the primary decision maker for final standings.

2) In the event of another 3 way tie after the 3 way round robin is complete, the following scoring system will be used to determine the winners:

Kills - Deaths = Result. In the event of a cap win, the cap win counts for 8 kills.

This calculation has been used successfully in previously held player leagues and all parties have agreed to the terms.

The above scenario will be use for all regions that have a 3-way tie that Head-to-Head cannot address.

I'd like to thank the team leaders involved with this for their assistance in moving forward to the Regional Finals.
