So when you destroy a mech, you should have salvage rights....As long as you survive the battle.

You only Salvage the limbs,components and weapons not destroyed (yellow or higher).

example I am inner-sphere (locust), fighting a clanner (Kodiak). I leg the Kodiak to death, any component (yellow or better on dmg scale) I can Salvage--as long as I survive the remaining match or sell it on a market
