Description: Highlander IIC-C back armor resets to minimum armor any time mech is modified.
Location: Mechlab
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain Highlander IIC.
2. Adjust back armor in center and both side torsos to more than minumum (8).
3. Try to save.
4. If only armor adjustment is made then no save will be possible - OR - if putting in any other equipment, all torso back armor will be reset to 8.

I've encountered a similar bug with Highlander IIC armor.
Side torso armor will always be 1 less than max, usually taken off the rear. This was after much fiddling to reduce that from a higher number.
UI will appear to let you max the armor, but a slight flickering in the armor count as you change it gives away that there's a problem.
After saving and returning to the mech, the reduced armor will be revealed to you.
This constantly leaves the mech 0.1tons under weight.
