This is actually more of a play on "Oktoberfest" than it is just beer. It's just a coincidence that during oktoberfest the main attraction is beer.

1) Oktoberfest is a public festival. People happen to drink Beer at it. Just because people drink alcohol at New Year's doesn't mean your overly sensitive nature needs to be upset when we actually celebrate New Years.

2) It's a video game, about robots. It has nothing to do with alcohol at all - the children are safe to engage in virtual violence without fear of having some beer.

3) PGI isn't serving alcohol, it's not throwing a party in your living room. If an event centered around virtual currencies for blowing up virtual robots causes someone issues with Alcohol - they can turn off the game.



I can't believe this thread even exists, pretty ridiculous.
