Within this past week I have been constantly plagued by the inability to get an un-glitched drop. I'll lose my mech, choose my next choice of armor, and get perma-stuck in the "Mech Select Drop Screen" even though my mech will drop out of the dropship. I can't do anything as I watch the game go on behind the information screen. Furthermore, I am repeatedly penalized for suicides and field abandonments even if I stay in the game to it's conclusion. I have been cussed at and called names because my team thinks I'm doing it on purpose, and am fairly certain it is a factor in my inability to find a guild/corps because who wants a "stupid *** ***** who ruins the game for everyone else". Earning XP and factional reputation has been severely diminished because the majority of a Faction Warfare engagement, the only thing I can do is get pissed at whoever missed that line of code. to cherry the deal, I don't even know if Support will get this ticket because your Support page hyperlinks on THIS website don't do anything. I understand that things go wrong and programming accidents happen. I won't play the game anymore until y'all can tell me that the problem has been solved or that it's confirmed to me that, in the least, there has been an attempt to rectify this discrepancy. I also know that y'all have a very good reputation with customer support for attentiveness and quick response, but, as I mentioned before, I don't know if Support will even get this. I don't want any compensation for the premiere time I lost or was denied because of this. I just want to be able to return to having fun playing the game. I hope this reaches the proper channels.
