Hi, reinstalling MWO after system change ( vista 64 to windows 7)

MWO just not installing... downloading the installer, running it, and nothing happen, just plain nothing...

No shortcut, no directory, just nothing...and the installer say ready to launch...

A suggestion?

System: Intel quad 9650, gtx 1060, 8gig ram, lots of space, new formated installation with full update...

Gone by steam, worked... problem with microsoft installer probably... at least it work !
