Anyone else notice that with the proper camo and color scheme that the Kodiak looks like a space marine from Warhammer 40K?

As for the initial question... Kind of, I guess. But only in the loosest way - Big shoulders, sunken head. Beyond that, the pauldrons arn't rounded enough, nor do they come down far enough, the face doesn't really match any Mk of power armor, the arms are too chunky... and so on.

If there's any 'mech that looks like a Terran Marine from Starcraft it is the Night Gyr.

For me, the most SM-like looking Mech was the Atlas.
There, the proportion between shoulder pads and head size fits the best.

With the skull motif, the Atlas reminds me of Space Marine Chaplain.

If only I had Farsight to help me, then we would have been victorious without the need for destroying both my units and the Terminators at once with a Skyray barrage.

Okay, I'll give that one to you. Terminator squads equipped with lightning claws look like Kodiaks.

I wish there were a game similar to MWO with 40K titans.
