I remapped the Keys. All-Chat to "L" and the Nighvision Toggle to "T". This is the resulting part of the action map:

</actionmap>
<actionmap name="commentator">
  <action name="commentator_toggle_nightvision">
   <rebind device="keyboard" input="t" index="1" defaultInput=""/>
  </action>
</actionmap>

Ingame, "t" does nothing. Nighvision is still toggled with "n". Any clue how to resolve this?

EDIT: Found it. It's not in Spectator Mode but under "Vision".
