Simple Question: How Many Founder Accounts Currently Exist?

I searched the forums and couldn't really find a number...so basically I made this topic for two reasons...

1. MAYBE a Dev. like Russ might spare his busy schedule to throw a rough number.
2. There is a math genius on the forums that can calculate/guess a rough number through info obtained.

I like everyone else would simply %$!@ skittles if that little yellow "Pending" bar above my post would turn a different color. By reading the forum's main webpage there has been this many Founders on the forums in the last 15 minutes...

1000 beta keys per day is seeming VERY small compared to the huge number of Founder accounts I'm seeing on the forums at all times of the day.

The good news is that we will have PLENTY of loyal gamers to enjoy this game with!

But don't forget there could be some overlap, between the number of founders, and the number of people that were already in the Beta (I think around 10k-15k I don't remember the exact number, and am too lazy to look it up.)

So if you subtract 5k to 10k for overlap, and accounting for the 5k or so already granted since the founders program, there may not currently be a huge pool.

Last number I saw was 16000.

And one of the devs allready said that the number of your order =/= number of sold founder packages.

The number is certainly higher then 16k now, I believe that number is two or three weeks old now. But it should be relatively close to that, I would expect.

I had no idea that number reflected Founder's Packages...if you're referring to the IGP Transaction ID mine was in the 51,000's...

If you're correct thank you Thorn Hallis for that info...

=/= means does NOT equal. There's just no key for the actual symbol. It was a commonly held belief for a while that your IGP transaction ID was essentially how many founder's packs had been sold. Thorn was just clearing that up in this thread; a Dev has confirmed that the transaction ID is NOT how many Founders there are.
