I am not certain it was designed by Clan Nova Cat. The refit and redesign that is. However, it is absolutely used by CNC in relatively large numbers in a secondary, rear line, defensive role, however. Primarily for garrison units.
However, being that I cannot stand piloting most assault mechs, unfortunately this Nova Cat is skipping out on the SVN.
