It doesn't work for me.
Usually, you get information on the equipment and omnipods currently equipped by mouseover. Currently I instead have to find them in the equipment menu to get the information, and now think about the CT omnipod or other not equipable parts...
I'm not sure when it started, but it was like this before last patch and didn't change after.
I tried using the repair tool (removing shaders and stuff), but it didn't help either.

Also, it cannot be purposeful change (even a bad one) because I saw the mouseover still working on some recent youtube vids.

Any idea what might be the issue and what I can do?

Un-checking the 'Disable Tool Tips' option in the Game Settings should fix it

OMG, how stupid of me.
Then I know when it started: After the PTS client installation somehow messed up the setting of the main client and I clicked different stuff trying to get it back right in the middle of a match.

Thx anyway.
