great news! Because HBS will be including Melee...those hand actuators do serve a purpose! The ability to do melee in that OTHER battletech game!

I only want it, because i can't run a single laser in the left arm, because of how horrible it looks with the double-sized box, when it only has one hardpoint filled.

Meanwhile, on the Clan side...
Dear god I hate the DWF, WHK and MDD box slots for their arms. They're disgusting looking. Give us our actual mech arms, not these boxes with smaller boxes sticking out of them!

At least it SORT OF makes sense for Omnimechs, because they're literally supposed to be legomechs with easily swappable equipment.
Battlemechs, especially in their STOCK configuration should not have any empty boxes at all.
