Having accuracy deterioration based on the number of weapons fired at once and rate of fire would be a good start, but I'd argue that boosting the effectiveness of armour would also be a good change.

Make armour twice as powerful against energy weapons and suddenly rushing someone to alphastrike twice doesn't kill them outright and leaves you vulnerable due to overheating (or being close to). Ballistic weapons are probably fine as is.

You could also just implement this as optional reflective armour that takes up tonnage,
making it a gamble if alphastriking is worth it or not.
