What do we all think the new 'mechs will be in the replacement packs?
For quick reference, the current 'mechs are;
Light
Inner Sphere: Raven RVN-3L [S]
Clan: Arctic Cheetah ACH-PRIME [S]
Medium
Inner Sphere: Hunchback HBK-4P [S]
Clan: Stormcrow SCR-PRIME [S]
Heavy
Inner Sphere: ThunderBolt TDR-9SE [S]
Clan: Timber Wolf TBR-C [S]
Assault
Inner Sphere: King Crab KGC-000B [S]
Clan: Dire Wolf DWF-W [S]
As for replacements, I don't think we'll see anything that isn't out yet for C-Bills, so nothing Viper or after.
Given the current packs seem to have been community favourite, high performers, I would guess;
Light
Inner Sphere: Firestarter FS9-S (Medium Pulse spam)
Clan : Jenner IIC JR7-IIC (Splat Jenner)
Medium
Inner Sphere: Griffin GRF-2N (A little splat with ECM & JJs)
Clan : Hunchback IIC HBK-IIC (High mounted Ballistics, plenty of DAKKA!)
Heavy
Inner Sphere: Warhammer WHM-6R (Warhammers seem to be a favourite when anyone asks about the best IS Heavy and this is the only non-Hero with Ballistic hard points)
Clan : Ebon Jaguar EBJ-A (High mounted Ballistic torso, 3 Energy torso, Ballistic & Energy arms)
Assault
Inner Sphere: Mauler MAL-MX90 (The popular 5 AC5 or 6 AC2 DAKKA!)
Clan : Kodiak KDK-3 (MORE DAKKA!)
I *would* have said the Oxide for IS Light and the Black Widow for IS Heavy, but I don't think we will get Hero 'mechs in these packs, especially if they get their own (S) designation.
What do you fine folks think?

PGI will put KDK-3 in the performance pack and then nerf it 2 months later.

In the last packs, they were all Champion builds. Seems likely that will be the case again, especially with new-ish champions available.

If they do follow that formula, I certainly hope they do not follow it to the letter and use nothing but current trial mechs.
Only 5 of them are worth their salt, while three are kind of one-dimensional and the remaining few are just irredeemable.

My predictions:
Lights: Spider 5K, Jenner IIC
Mediums: Wolverine 6K, SHC-Prime
Heavies: Catapult A1, EBJ-Prime
Assault: Battlemaster 2C, Warhawk-C
I guarantee i'll be 100% wrong too.

I'm shocked their sticking with Performance Packs, considering how bizarre, poorly thought out, and overpriced they are.
Does anyone think that maybe, in replacing them, they'll fix them too?

Personally I'm hoping they split the packs into IS and Clan ones, I haven't bought them because I don't want those dirty clanner mechs in my mechbay.

All of my This, all of it. Was interested in the original pack's Inner Sphere 'Mech selections and still am, but voting with my wallet, I will not buy any Clan 'Mechs

Probably whatever meta the current mechs are and over priced. You almost pitty the fool that buys on steam then finds the prices on the web site here esp when they see the mastery packs.
