There are different C-Bill bonuses depending on the weight class, yes. I forgot exact formula for every single type of bonuses.
Solo Kill, and Savior Kill are what one should strive for, for great pay check.

No, there isn't any formula per weight class. There are awards that are weight class specific, but all the rewards that are common are the same no matter the class.
