We can meet once a week and organize where teams will drop or atleast share where everyone is thinking of going.

Let us know how EK can help but leadership will make themselves available for any set meeting time.

Unfortunately only a few have used it consistantly and since we're relatively small units, it doesn't always make that much of a difference. I'm not sure what format you are proposing to use here, Iron Kilo, that will change that outcome but I'm willing to put forward my cooperation.

He's right...what's worse is that odds are ANOTHER event within a week...or less. The last faction play event did wonders (temporarily) what we need is more faction based events. As for organizing FW, I wish you luck. I hope it works out. I truly do.

I would think something that may help coordination is having a list of units, day of the week they change contract, tech preference if applicable and approximate active FP unit size. It could done as a list in the OP of a thread but would need to be kept upto date on a nearly daily basis to keep up with units changing contracts. If this sounds like a good idea I can volounteer my help with this if you don't want to do it here Iron Kilo.

In regards to the FW events all it did was bring lambs to the slaughter. While great for sheer #s my issue was the collaborative skill level of the teams we faced were...let's say low.
By simply spreading units around we can bring in these new/inexperienced players to our drops against another unit + pick ups and have good fights. That's another topic that we can be proactive in going forward. Glad the community is taking the initiative to address the issue rather then b!tch and moan per usual. Good leading Kilo.

If yall know anyone looking for a unit that plays nightly, but is pretty casual point them my way. I pretty much stay in this unit because my 9 year old plays too and I wanted to have a unit in case he wants to do FW, but I'd like to add some more people to it to play with at night when I get on.
I have to agree with the general sentiment though, that FW dead till event is over. I do think they should have more FW events. Sure the general skill level might be low, but it may build interest and encourage more people to improve.

OK, is this information to be used for public consumption or only for those able/willing to attend the meeting. Bare in mind that with a worldwide spread of players a meeting of NA unit leaders will most likely be missing 2/3rds of the world. Further to this, do you want unit leaders to use this thread to pass on information in abscence of attendance and in what format do you want the information?

Let's give him a bit to put something together and then go from there. We can avoid redundancy with questions and concerns by doing so.

We'd be happy to engage in this initiate to get games.
The biggest issue is Clan vs IS balance, which is off in a BIG way for the avg Joe. So a weekly rotation perhaps needs to be considered to keep things somewhat fair.
Next is timezone. Another big problem along with MRBC timing for those that are league. 54MR has two teams (1x US , 1x OCEANIC). Oceanic is a Co-team with out bloody awesome mates in EK.
So yeah, happy to partake if this gets up. It just needs a LOT of planning with an emphasis on some semblance of balance. I mean while I'll queue up everytime, I don't wanna face EVIL/KCom for 4 weeks straight as they are flat out better players lol. A few weeks of face-smashing Pat I can live with, but Ajax has a hard-on for me lol. So yeah, been balance.

I'm not a unit officer, so I can't speak for the collective alliance, but I'm pretty sure we'd still be willing to accommodate.

The problem is not to just even up the population! Q-times are a problem, sure, but the main problem in my opinion is to get intresting fights!
Sure, there are some guys that enjoy clubbing some seals, but the better units and players stay away from CW simply because the games are so boring. With intresting games happening, population/q-times and such stuff wouldn't be an inssue.
