Its a combination of two things. A lot damage farmers that use the rest of team as meatshields have got into the top end of tier 2/bottom end of tier 1 and the current er ppc/ gauss meta. Even people that used move and shoot are now standing still and and plinking away at 1200m while the other team maneuvers.
