What FOV is best for Kit Fox? It seems that mech has really stupid cockpit design and side windows are really bad. Any ideas?

I usually use 75. You can also try running with a single zoom engaged. Since I can use my pilot's head to look around (left control + move mouse), the cockpit design isn't a terrible issue.

The cockpit's only main issue is the top bar if you're trying to shoot down UAVs. Other than that, it's actually pretty good compared to other cockpits out there.
I like having mine set to 90 or 100. Left Control is your friend; free look is amazing on this mech.

And if you don't use free look, disable arm lock.
If you move your mouse fast enough left or right you will catch a glimpse of what's around you.
