Why the hell you keep putting in EVERY NEW MECHPACK that you will upload the assets for the warhorns to your soundcloud account. but you never do... NEVER.
The first Mech that i bougth was the IS Marauder, and it said in the FAQ page that the sound assets would be latterTM added to the soundcloud page. FastForward almost a year latter, and guess what??? Not even one of the new warhorns have been added...
PGI, I know you are not a AAA studio or anything like that, but in all seriousness, how hard can it be to fulfill that single promise!!!!!! If you are just gonna go and say things about your product that you are NEVER gonna do, then why do you keep putting it on the product FAQ page????
BE MORE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT!!!!

It does matter, because it appears in the FAQ of every new Mechpack, and as such PGI as a companny should stick to what they claim they will do.... oh nevermind, what am i hoping for?? its PGI we're talkin about...
Anyways, I just wanted to know how does a warhorn sounds before buying the mechpack, just to know, you know? but what the hell, im just the guy paying for the Mechpack, not that my claims are worth anything here

Oh.
I assumed people bought the mechpacks for the mechs and not the random cockpit clutter that I for the most part end up not using at all.
My mistake.

It's a minor complaint to be sure. But if they said they'd do it and didn't... well, gotta squeak to get the oil, I suppose.

But i do end up using them, and i like to have them, I know this is really nothing for some people that dont even like warhorns, but i do like them and use them, and its more of a: "Hey, dude, why would you keep saying every month that you'll do this, but you never do" Kind of complaint.
And I know it migth only be me, but if I reaaaaally like or enjoy the cockpit fluff it migth be another factor inclining the balance towards getting that Special variant and the Full cockpit items set.

You're right, you're right.
I'm just a bit cranky.
You should probably tweet it to Russ.
Honestly? I think it might just be that they're copy-pasting the same FAQ over and over again with just the mech's names and release date "CTRL-H"ed.
You might also try to PM one of the devs or Tina, she IS supposed to be the Community Manager...

I did tweet to his Russlines, but that often proves futile to do.
and yeah, that was my first guess too: they just copy and paste and change the Mech name and date, and bam, done in the best PGI way.
but, what with the first couple of packs... what makes this more odd, is that they have always said that, and actually never done it... not once
