Does chainfiring flamer extend it's duration of not heating up?

If PGI ever raises the weapon cap to 20, and Chain-firing Flamers prolong heating, i think this may work lol: Moon-Moon Direwolf

Kinda, but only because you're firing for marginally less time.

It's a blanket bar, and any flamer fired resets the dissipation time, that time being the time fired, plus 4.5s

You make the target take less heat if you chain. Rather "burst fire" than face time. I had good result with 2 on one of my phoenix.
